We always hope to satisfy our clients 100%, but in the unfortunate circumstance that you are unhappy with the service / experience that you have received or if we haven’t met our service commitments we want to hear from you; You can talk with any of our staff after each treatment, and if you’re not happy with their response you can WRITE to the director board. Please notify us within ONE WEEK of your visit and we will investigate your complaint. Your feedback is important to us as we always try to improve our service.
When you contact us, we ask that you be respectful and factual. Tell us the detail of what has happened. This will help us resolve your feedback quickly and effectively. Please note, we do not offer CASH REFUND or REFUND in the SALON

CANCELLATIONS / LATE ARRIVED / NO SHOWS:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
12 hours cancel policy:
12 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
You may not able to book another appointment in the future with us.
No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. All your future service request will be denied. No show makes it impossible to re-allocate your slot to another customer.
Arriving late: Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however, we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan your visit accordingly. Please arrive 5-10 min early if possible.
